  • How much does the program cost?
    The program costs $12,000 for our Hero Training 5 week programs.

  • Can I apply if I don't have an idea yet?
    Yes you can! We are a "human accelerator" and looking for great future entrepreneurs whether you have an idea or not.

  • Can I apply if I already have an idea and a team?
    Yes, we are looking for top talent and would love to have you at our accelerator for you to gain access to our network and also possibly raise money during our Pitch Day.  

  • Do you pay for my flight to Draper? 
    No we do not unfortunately. 

  • Can I get more information about scholarships?
    Please apply first. We will assess your ability to receive scholarships after your interview. 

  • How can I prepare for my interview?
    Our interview is only 15 minutes via Skype and informal for the most part, so just be yourself!

  • Do I need to stay on campus for the 5-weeks of the program?

    Yes, you will be staying at Draper University campus for the complete duration of the program.

  • Can we choose our own roommates?

    The roommates will be assigned by us. This is the perfect time to meet other people, in our program we have people from over 30 countries, so we will have people from different backgrounds and nationalities matching with you. The idea is to help you connect and network.

  • How many students per room?

    It is shared accommodation 2-3 students per room, same gender!

  • Are there any other accommodation options available?

    Depending on number of students participating the program, we might offer different accommodation options. Don’t forget to talk about our extraordinary admissions team if you have a special situation.

  • Can we go out during the weekend and enjoy Bay area?

    Of course!! You can :)

  • Are we expected to bring our laptops/computers?

    Yes, you need to bring your own computer.

  • What is the SIM Card provider you recommended us?

    It’s call Project Fi by Google, you can requested days before arriving to DU and get it delivered to campus.

  • Can I send any packages to Draper U before arriving?

    Yes you can! Here is our address 44 E 3rd Ave, San Mateo, CA 94401, USA. As soon as you arrive, it will be in the front desk waiting for you.

  • Will I get a certificate?

    Yes!

  • Are we going to learn coding?

    We do offer some workshops about coding, but it's not a coding program. You will have a lot of resources you can utilize if you want to learn more about it.

  • Can you explain more in detail Survival week?

    It will be in the beginning of the program and it will be a leadership program. It’s fun!

  • Is there free Wi-Fi?

    Yes, of course and is available for everybody!

  • What will help me after graduating from this program?

    You will have the opportunity to  grow your network in silicon valley, grow your network of global innovators and light-minded individuals, you will get the opportunity to be in the front line of emerging technologies and innovation. You will also be a great leader after the program!

  • Is there available parking?

    Please do not bring cars to campus, we do not have any parking available for students. You have several options, the most recommendable are train and Uber / Lyft.

  • Do you offer laundry services?

    We do, we have dryers and washer on campus, available for all of you!

  • We will do different visits during the program?

    Yes, we will be going to different conferences in the city, and networking events.

  • The train station is near to Draper U?

    Yes, it is two blocks away! You can find it on Google Maps.
